Dia daoibh!

If you'd like to catch up on my previous Nupo Posts including my initial weigh in, just click >HERE<
Week 1 - Down 7lbs
Week 2 - Down 4lbs
Week 3 - Down 3lbs
Week 4 - Down 5lbs
Week 5 - down 4lbs
Week 6 - below....

So today marks 6 weeks on Nupo. This week I have included some before and after pictures as I think that's what most people look for when it comes to weight loss! I'll leave the best 'til last though!! For now, here are this weeks results.

So there you go. I've gone from 13st 8lbs to 11st 10lbs in 6 weeks - just 2lbs shy of 2 stone. As you can imagine I am thrilled with my results (so far!) This week I have lost 3 lbs. I had my weekly treat also - this time not a chinese but a McDonalds believe it or not (very naughty I know, but I'm only human!

So on we go to the pictures!

As you can see I have clearly lost weight in the middle part of my body. I was particularly shocked myself at the the side profile pictures and it has given me such a boost to continue on with my weight loss journey with the huge help of Nupo.

This week I've been doing the same as last week, shakes and food. I still have a bit to go so fingers crossed for next weeks Wednesday Weigh In!

Most Nupo products mentioned were very kindly sent to me for reviewing purposes. All opinions above are completely my own, 100% honest thoughts on the products and I have not been paid to trial the products

I can see it too, which sometimes people can't see it in themselves! Can feel it too which is great :)

I know you're probably sick of reading people saying this but: losing weight that quickly and using diet foods is not a healthy way to do so. I know, I know, it's your choice but I really hope for your body's sake you keep the weight off in a healthier way! Consider that friendly advice from someone that has battled with yo-yo weight. Congrats on the weight loss though; you should feel delighted with yourself. Time to treat yourself to a shopping spree, it seems.

Claire I have to slightly disagree. I am eating healthily and have only replaced some foods with shakes, not all. I'm also exercising so 3lbs in a week in my opinion is not excessive. I won't have to wean myself back onto foods (as many people do) because I'm already eating foods. I'm drinking lots of water and getting my full intake of vitamins, minerals and fibre.

Thanks for your congrats. Shopping will commence shortly!! ;)

I know what Claire is trying to say when it comes to the usual fad diets when people go overboard and think products or tablets Will magically make you lose weight and then you pile it back on afterwards, but I don’t agree with her in
these circumstances. As you said you’re eating foods like salads, soups,
chicken etc which IS the healthy way just along with a few shakes here and
there. I calculate your loss to be on average 4 lbs per week. Very healthy
weightloss considering you have/had it to lose. Well done Laura

Sorry, I didn't realise you had been incorporating healthy food into too, because the focus is on the brand. Didn't mean to rain on your parade; while it's not for me, it's fantastic that you've found it to be healthy and beneficial to you. I'd love to get hold of the ingredients list though ;) Congrats again.

No problem, you're entitled to you opinion. Yep eating food, mentioned it in the post. Nupo has been widely tested &scientific conclusions are reasonably consistent - it works as promised without the dangerous drawbacks of mal-nourishment found in other certain weight loss diets. I spoke with a dietitian & nutritionist beforehand and was happy to go ahead with it. I was eating a lot of processed foods as it was but this is lower in calories!!

Agreed :)

wow the results are amazing, well done to you. I've been contemplating a similar diet just a different brand for weeks now. Still undecided if I could do it.

I found it hardest at the start, now I'm flying it and on a roll. Once you start seeing results it's worth it I think :)

Amazing results Laura! I wouldn't be a fan of quick diets like this in general but I think something like this could spur you on and give you some motivation to continue with a healthy eating/exercise plan. Sometimes people need a kick-start and this is definitely getting results. Fair play to you for speaking to a nutritionist beforehand, I think you've your head well screwed on. Congrats, great work x
